All orders must be paid at time of shipment unless a Net 30 Days Credit Account has been approved by Water Landscape Supply. Forms of payment accepted by Water Landscape Supply are: cash, certified check, C.O.D. and credit card. Customers who qualify for Net 30 Days Credit Accounts must maintain current payment status or all discounts will be nullified and future shipments will be shipped C.O.D. only. C.O.D. orders include a $10. Water Landscape Supply fee in addition to the C.O.D. fee charged by the freight firm. Payment of C.O.D. orders must be made by certified check or cashier check.

Free freight for qualifying orders is available for our customers. Please call Water Landscape Supply for further details. Special order and drop ship items do not qualify for freight prepaid programs. Additional fees apply to truck freight deliveries to residential addresses, lift gate service, and courtesy phone call service.
The customer must provide Water Landscape Supply the receipt from the carrier, along with customer’s count of product within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Upon receipt of goods, the customer must inspect for damage and add the phrase “not for hidden damages” when signing the receipt for goods. If damage is discovered, the customer must initiate a claim with the shipper.
A restocking fee will be assessed and charged for all salable returned items.
Returns will only be accepted if identified with a legitimate Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning product. To receive an RA number, customers must call a Water Landscape Supply representative to explain the nature of the return. The RA number should appear clearly on the outside of each package returned. Credit will be issued once the merchandise is received, inspected and authorized. The customer is responsible for freight costs incurred for the return to Water Landscape Supply.
Defective items may be returned to Water Landscape Supply without a restocking fee during the warranty period of the merchandise. The customer is responsible for returning the items to Water Landscape Supply and for freight costs. Each item must be accompanied by a copy of original retail receipt from the dealer showing the date of purchase. Items will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Water Landscape Supply.
